DKS will present information on the ZEV Fleet Transition Project analysis including charging infrastructure recommendations and site prioritization.

b. Caltrans 2026 US 101 Corridor Management Plan Presentation

Jesse Robertson with Caltrans District 1 will present information on the 2026 US 101 Corridor Management Plan.

a. Consultant Selection Recommendation for the “Loleta Safe Routes to School and Connectivity to Tribal Lands” Project (encl)

The TAC will consider recommending that the HCAOG Board approve awarding a professional services contract to GHD for the Loleta Safe Routes to School and Connectivity to Tribal Lands Project. 

b. McKinleyville Community Services District (MCSD) Request for Membership on the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) (encl)

The TAC will consider recommending that the HCAOG Board approve or deny the request for TAC membership from MCSD. 

7. Discussion Items

a. County of Humboldt Public Works Draft 2026-27 Measure O Spending Plan

Tom Mattson, County Public Works Director, will present the draft 2026-27 Measure O spending plan and seek input and comments from the TAC. 

b. Local Matches Due This Fiscal Year for the Humboldt Multimodal & Vibrant Neighborhoods Planning Grant

Senior Regional Planner Oona Smith will discuss the match requirement needs still needed for the Humboldt Multimodal & Vibrant Neighborhoods grant and receive input from the TAC. 

c. Humboldt Partnering Assets & Authorities for Comprehensive Transit (PAACT) Project April Workshops

Senior Regional Planner Oona Smith will provide information on upcoming PAACT workshops and ask the TAC to consider attending events. 

8. HCAOG Executive Director and Staff Reports

This item is reserved for matters that the Executive Director or staff may wish to report on.      

9. TAC Member Reports

This item is reserved for matters that committee members may wish to report on.
